Job Type: Full-time
Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m., with a minimum of 2200 hours per year, on average 45 hours per week with up to or more than 60 during tax season
Pay: Negotiable based on experience, Exempt

The Senior Manager will work closely with the Managing Shareholder of the Sheboygan office with client and business tax needs. This person will execute individual and business tax engagements. Will work with the Sheboygan office to identify the firm is meeting business and individual needs and will supervise staff while Managing Shareholder is out.
Major Responsibilities -Duties:
■ Lead and manage tax compliance engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
■ Manage various jobs within budget and time deadlines
■ Deliver a full range of tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients
■ Perform detailed review of tax work papers and documents as provided by other associates
■ Assist and represent Huberty at potential client hearings
■ Will supervise and manage staff during absence of managing shareholder
■ Participate and develop community relations to promote the Huberty brand within the community
■ Build and develop relationships with current clients
■ Will help develop and expand the cliental base in the Sheboygan office
■ Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
■ 15+ years of public account experience required
■ Some management experience would be desired but not required
■ Proficient in Adobe, GFR, ACS, is desirable
■ Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
■ Advanced knowledge in payroll tax, sales and use, and multi-state tax issues/processes
Education & Experience:
■ Bachelors Degree in Accounting, with CPA certification required
